Alvin Watkins is a Founding Partner and Director at Regality Financial, where he supports both the firm’s accounting services and overall business development strategy. Working closely with the partnership team, Alvin spearheads client outreach and onboarding, ensuring that every client receives accurate, efficient, and dependable financial solutions tailored to their goals.
With a strong foundation in accounting and business leadership, Alvin brings both entrepreneurial and corporate experience to Regality Financial. Before co-founding the firm, he owned and operated a successful accounting practice in the Durham Region of Ontario, where he helped countless individuals, families, and small businesses achieve financial success and long-term stability. In addition, Alvin has worked within the finance department of one of Canada’s largest companies, giving him valuable insight into the systems, processes, and disciplines that drive financial performance on a national scale.
At Regality, Alvin leads business development, outreach, and client success, strengthening relationships and expanding the firm’s presence across Canada. His approachable style, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellence create an experience where every client feels valued, understood, and confident in their financial future.

Born, raised, and educated in Newfoundland and Labrador, Alvin has lived and worked across the country, including in Alberta and Ontario. He is passionate about giving back and actively supports local organizations and faith-based charities, believing that strong communities are built through service and compassion. Outside of work, Alvin enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, and discovering warm destinations that reflect his love of people, culture, and connection.
